Joven met with recently appointed World Bank Managing Director for Operations Anna Bjerde at the Department of Finance, Manila on May 22, 2023. She was joined by World Bank Regional Vice President for East Asia and Pacific Manuela Ferro and World Bank Country Director for the Philippines Ndiamé Diop.
