PCUP SIGNED MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (MOU) AND LAUNCHING OF BUSINESS FRANCHISE AND PROGRAMS WITH H.O.P.E.FOUNDATION!
Demonstrating the Administration's continued commitment to economic development and support for aspiring entrepreneurs, Presidential Commission for the Urban Poor (PCUP) Chairperson Undersecretary Elpidio Jordan Jr. leads the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and launching of Business Franchises and Programs with Project HOPE (Honest Opportunities for Philippine Entrepreneurs) in a ceremony at Social Hall, Malacañang on November 6, 2023.
The PCUP is one of the distinguished partners of Project HOPE— a social enterprise organized by the Project Hope Foundation, Inc., along with other partners, which aims to provide free livelihood programs to deserving and eager entrepreneurs.
Furthermore, the MOU will incorporate a pledge from both parties to collaborate in identifying the recipients of Project HOPE's livelihood programs and providing them the resources they need to succeed individually.
PCUP officials and personnel, Project HOPE executives, local government officials and other partners from private companies are also in attendance to witness the event.
